IT Recruiter, Kyiv, Ukraine, full time job (2 vacancies)

IT Company that develops own software products is looking for IT Recruiter who is responsible for development and implementation effective recruiting strategies for multiple product lines within the organization. The ideal candidate should be able to prove self-motivation, excellent internal customer service skills, the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels. 

Responsibilities:
•    Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process; locate candidates, screen and interview candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate a variety of other items relative to recruitment scheduling
•    Build the teams that support business needs and strategy
•    Develop critical skills sourcing strategy (Engineering, Project Management, Business Development)
•    Develop and implement the branding, job posting and recruitment social media strategies for the company
•    The ability to transform ideas into action
•    Partner with hiring managers to understand their business and staffing needs
•    Prepare and present regular management reports of key staffing metrics
•    Utilize low cost recruiting methods to manage expense controls
•    Analyze the state of the talent market for competitiveness with respect to compensation and other factors
•    Passion for improving the customer experience with candidates, new hires, hiring managers
•    Other HR projects as assigned.

Requirements:
•    3-5+ years of high volume recruiting experience
•    Significant experience identifying, screening, interviewing and closing exempt candidates required
•    Experience recruiting qualified candidates from a variety of sources
•    Intermediate use of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel
•    Excellent organizational skills and exquisite attention to detail
•    Must have a solution-oriented attitude in dealing with department managers
•    Experience with staffing metrics, reporting, analysis and workforce planning
•    Analyze information to make data-driven decisions
•    Able to adapt, promote, and champion changes
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    High level of communication skills and business ethnics
•    Fluent English, fluent Ukrainian
