Our client is looking for a versatile growth manager to drive acquisition and activation. You’ll be a key part of our growing marketing teamin Kiev.


  • Advanced level of English is a must
  • 2+ years experience in B2C digital products growth
  • Demonstrated experience in user acquisition
  • Mastery of acquisition channels - and understanding of channel lifecycles
  • Expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience developing end-to-end quantitative growth models
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams at a technical level
  • Eye for great design and copy
  • Great project manager and communicator
  • You know that startups are a team sport. You listen to others, speak your mind and ask the right questions. You are a great collaborator.

## Bonus Points

  • You have marketing experience targeting US customers
  • You have wireframing and copywriting skills, and you enjoy using them


## Responsibilities

  • Ideation, definition, roadmap and design of growth projects and experiments
  • Responsible for acquisition efforts all channels
  • Lead the execution of growth experiments
  • Measure/monitor end-to-end impact
  • Distill and share learnings with team and stakeholders
